Eliza Rayner — Bio and Classes
After years of personal practice, Eliza recognized all of the amazing benefits yoga brought to her life and as a natural next step became a dedicated teacher of vinyasa flow in 2007.
Eliza began her journey as a yoga instructor at Core Power Yoga and has continued to study in depth accumulating over 500 hours of training. Eliza uses her yoga practice and instruction as a means to create a bridge between body and spirit, a link to our higher selves. Eliza’s classes are creative and inspired and she is committed to sharing yoga with those who have the interest in expanding their mind, refining their body and freeing their inner voice.
